Simon has been with Stratalign since 2011. His engineering background prior has proven beneficial, giving him a unique ability to scope and solve difficult lifting, hoisting and material handling challenges.

Haylee is the CEO’s eldest grandchild, continuing the family theme.
She efficiently manages the vital day-to-day administration and customer service tasks, along with marketing activities and the 101 other things that have to be done around the office.
Sheraz started her career in NZ as a Service Delivery Manager for various large software development houses in Auckland.
After running her own own Web Development Company for 12 years she moved in to a full time Marketing Management/Specialist Role in 2016.
Sheraz joined the Stratalign team in May 2023 as their inhouse Marketing Specialist bringing a wealth of marketing knowledge with her.
Jeremy joined the Straatlign Team in October 2023 as our new Warehouse Manager. Born with a knack for organization and a love for efficiency, he's the go-to guy to ensure our shipments leave the warehouse quickly and safely.
Jeremy's qualifications and licenses include Accredited Person (AP), MPI (2022), Heavy Rigid Vehicle Endorsement, and Forklift License.
Craig has over 28 years of experience in Solution Selling, Sales and Business Development and Management, with extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Logistics, Online Marketing and IT Infrastructure (in both New Zealand and Australia)
Craig joins the Stratalign Team in July 2023, as one of our Business Development Managers. Craig is a creative problem solver and proactive team player who enjoys transforming systems and processes to drive efficiency and successfully grow new business.
Outside of work Craig does Mixed Martial Arts, plays a bit of social basketball and when time allows it, loves to travel.
New to the lifting and hoist industry Neal brings a wide and varied business background to the team at Stratalign. He has strong sales and relationship building experience, excellent people management skills, and a high respect for strategic and focused efforts to find solutions that can build businesses and produce results. Having worked in the construction, infrastructure, logistics and freight, fast food and oil industries, Neal understands the commercial drivers and personal pressures that come with needing to get things done.
With a pragmatic approach and high attention to detail, Neal is keen to assist all Stratalign clients with solving their lifting needs in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Outside of work Neal loves spending time with his family, is a keen sports follower and avid golfer. He is still striving for his first hole in one.
